Pat Snell - Personal Statement
My name is Pat Snell. I’m 63 years old and my husband Bill and I live in the Navesink section of our great town. I’ve lived in Middletown for 35 years, raised both my daughters here and now they are raising my six grandchildren here too.
I’m running to continue my tenure on the Middletown Township Committee because I’m confident that I can utilize my experience to give back to the community that has given me and my family so much.
As a Township Committeewoman and real estate agent, I see the effect of property taxes on residents every day. I will continue to work diligently to keep taxes stable and affordable while maintaining the integrity of our town. Holding our municipal taxes in check will keep our children and grandchildren right here in our great town.
Ensuring our Senior Citizens are cared for is another priority of mine as part of making sure our town embraces all its neighbors. I hope to grow our newly created “Community Assistance Network” which provides a resource for residents in need of services, into a resource that will shine through Monmouth County and NJ.
My work on the Township Committee has just begun. Alongside this team, I’m excited about the work we’re doing today, and the initiatives we’re planning for the future. I’m honored to be a member of the Middletown Township Committee and I hope to continue to be a positive force in keeping our town the beautiful place we all call home.
